Freddie Lee Postell

Freddie Lee Postell, 87, of Sacramento, California departed this life, Tuesday, June 16, 2015.

He was born May 14, 1928 to the late Brazie and Margie Postell.

He was educated in Mississippi County and afterwards joined the U.S. Navy. Mr. Postell confessed a hope in Christ at a young age and attended Enoch Chapel Church in the west end regularly. Mr. Postell was a loving husband and father. He loved being with family and friends.

He leaves to celebrate his home going a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Postell was preceded in death by his father and mother, his step mother Myrtle Postell, two sisters, Virginia and Ora V. Postell, a brother Alfred Postell and his uncle Nathaniel Postell.

Evergreen Memorial in Sacramento, California had charge of the service. Mr. Postell was interned at Sun Valley National Cemetery in Dixion, California.
