Never too old to learn

Last week I learned something new and I renewed my admiration for both my grandmothers and all of the generation of homemakers who had to live without refrigeration and push button appliances. I have always enjoyed making peach cobblers from fresh peaches from the freezer. I do use the quick recipe, a cup of sugar, a cup of flour and a cup of milk. The peaches I have used through the years have always been "put up" by my mother or one of my grandmothers...
