Two arraigned on gun charges

Two men were arraigned on gun charges Tuesday in Blytheville District Court. Freddie Allen, 23, is accused of possession of a defaced firearm, while Rodney Richardson Jr., 23, is charged with possession of a firearm by certain person. Judge Shannon Langston found probable cause. She set Allen's bond at $15,000 and Richardson's at $50,000...
