Fire departments develop rescue teams at behest of area industry

The Osceola Fire Department is working to develop a new rescue team -- one able to complete rescues in confined spaces or at high angles. Working with them are members of the Blytheville Fire Department, who have had a similar team in place for the last 15 years.
