Riley arrested, faces numerous charges

Blytheville Police have made an arrest in the Dec. 30 armed robbery and shooting of two females, according to reports. Joseph Dewayne Riley, 23, of Blytheville, is charged with aggravated residential burglary, aggravated robbery, two counts of first degree battery, aggravated assault and possession of firearms by certain persons. ...
