Patricia Ann 'Bass' Anderson

Mrs. Patricia Ann "Bass" Anderson, 43, of Blytheville, died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, in her home. Born Sept. 8, 1967, in Blytheville, to the late Adolphus Mhoon and Rosie Lee Childs, she was a homemaker and a member of the Open Door House of Prayer where she was an usher, praise team member and a part of the love committee.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Mhoon and Adolphus Mhoon III.

Mrs. Anderson leaves her husband, Freddie Lee Anderson Sr. of Indianapolis, Ind.;

One daughter, Erica Anderson of Blytheville;

One son, Freddie Anderson Jr. of Blytheville;

Twelve sisters, Evelena Taylor of Columbia, S.C., Jackie Bass of Sierra, Ariz., Patsy Callicott of Jonesboro, Linda Vance of Blytheville, Lillie Mhoon of Benton, Clora Webb, Lena Mhoon, Brenda Mhoon and Sharon Mhoon of Blytheville, Linda Mhoon of Memphis, Barbara Reel of West Memphis and Ethel Mitchell of Chicago; and

Five brothers, Clayborn Bass, Freddie Bass, John Mhoon of Blytheville, Calvin Bass of Parkin and Ray Charles Mhoon of West Memphis.

Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Blytheville with Pastor Henry Mays officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.
