Randy VanDyke

Randy VanDyke, 61, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018. This was sudden and a complete shock to those who love him.

He leaves his wife Debbie Dunkin VanDyke of the home; their only child Kami VanDyke of Blytheville; and 2 grandsons that he loved more than anything or anyone on the face of this earth! Randall “Jack” VanDyke, 16 and Lucas Alexander VanDyke, 10!

Randy is survived by his Mother Fronia VanDyke of Heritage Square Nursing Home; three brothers Roger VanDyke (Beverly) of Blytheville, Chris VanDyke (Sabra) of Blytheville and Jerry VanDyke of Steele, MO.

He was proceeded in death by his Father R.L. VanDyke; brother, Mark VanDyke, sister, Sherry Moore, and brother, Terry VanDyke; and his nephew, Roger Eugene VanDyke.

He had a lot of Family that wasn’t blood and a lot of blood that wasn’t family. Randy was very close to many of his in-laws. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Alma Dunkin. They loved each other very much. His sisters-in- law, Sandy Gordy and Myra Anderson; and brothers –in-law, Jerry Dunkin and David Dunkin. He leaves Kelly Gordy (Marie) and Kelly’s son, Kelly Wells. Paul Harrington (Keasha), Cara Raines and Lynn Dunkin.

Randy liked to watch old shows like Gunsmoke, Andy Griffith as well as new shows like Pawn Stars and Counting Cars. He loved banana pudding, breakfast for supper and an endless supply of Pepsi.

DeWayne Lindsey, one of his best friends was there when Randy needed him. They had a great visit Monday afternoon!
