Clidia B. Brown

Ms. Clidia B. Brown was born April 16, 1942 in Sledge, Mississippi to Nellie Grayson. She was a retired cook, member of the Bethlehem MB Church in Osceola and a choir member. Ms. Brown passed away December 24, 2017 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 75.

She is survived by two sons, Milton (Gail) Logan of Columbus, Ga. and Curtis Brown of Jonesboro; four daughters, Sandra (Rubin) Rattler of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Angela Jones of Kennesaw, Ga. and Lawanda (Willie) Anderson and Willona Davis, both of Jonesboro; three brothers, Ozie Brown, Sam (Dorothy) Brown and Bobby (Barbara) Brown of Jonesboro; twenty five grandchildren; a host of great and great-great-grandchildren; and one special friend, Gloria Wilks of Jonesboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Nellie Olivia Moore and one sister, Bernice Grayson.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 11 a.m. until noon with the funeral at noon at Bethlehem MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Dr. Moses Black officiating.
