Westminster resident turns 104

In 1913 construction of the Panama Canal was finally completed, the 17th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was passed, the Federal Reserve was created and Frank Anderson was born. Anderson celebrated turning 104 Thursday night at the Ramey Center at Westminster Village. Friends and family were joined in revelry while Westminster Village Resident Services Director Kendall Berry, spoke on some of the significant events of Anderson’s life.
