Ms. Quanisha Monya Taylor, of Blytheville, departed this life on December 11, 2017 at Lexington Place in Jonesboro. She was born January 10, 1996 to Cynthia Snead and Michael Smith. She died at the age of 21. Quanisha graduated form Blytheville High school with honors in 2014. Quanisha loved God and attended church regularly. Her smile would light up a room and although her asthma was severe, she was always upbeat, cheerful and loved her family.

She is survived by her mother, Cynthia Snead of Blytheville and her father, Michael Smith of Lawton, Oklahoma; her siblings, Rodrick Snead, Shymire Snead and Terrance Lawson; half-brother, Cornelius of Murphysboro, Ill.; step-siblings, Adrian, Tykeria and Devontra of Lawton, Oklahoma; her grandparents, Luella and Robert Brown and Marry Ann Smith and Theophilis McRay, all of Blytheville; her great-grandmother, Ms. Essie Smith; and she also leaves to mourn her passing a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services are provided by Wilson Funeral home of Blytheville. The visitation will be at Wilson Funeral Home from noon until 2 p.m. The funeral will follow immediately afterwards with Bro. Jessie Jones officiating. The burial will be held at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette.
