Mrs. Alice Faye Lovins, 70, of Blytheville, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Alice Faye was born in Gosnell to Gerald and Mary Alice (Johnson) Moody. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Faye was a lifelong resident of Blytheville. She spent her whole life doing what she loved, working with children.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Steve Moody.

Alice Faye leaves her husband, Jerry Lovins of the home; one son, Jeremy W. Lovins and his wife Karessa of Deering, Missouri; one brother, Allen Moody; three sisters, Pam Drumwright of Little Rock, Kathi Bolin of Kennett, Missouri and Tracy Wilson of Blytheville; and one grandson, Paxton T. Lovins.

A Celebration of Alice Faye’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 2 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church. There will be no visitation.
