Bobby Lynn Russ

Mr. Bobby Lynn Russ, 54, of Osceola, passed away October 5, 2017 in Rochester, Minnesota. He was born to Daniel and Mary Rogers Russ and Billy Jack and Betty Sue Mauppins on September 6, 1963 in Wilson. He was a retired truck broker, a life time resident of Mississippi County and a member of the First Baptist Church in Keiser.

He is survived by his wife, Karen Sue Russ of Osceola; one son, Roy (Jessica) White III of Wylie, Texas; two daughters, Stephanie (Tim) Jones of Bentonville and La Donna Carmicheal of Bassett; one brother, James (Patricia) Russ of Hot Springs; four sisters, Patty Hardin of Osceola, Elizabeth Lam of Bono, Tammy Mauppins of West Memphis and Sherry Rider of Wilson.

He was preceded in death by his birth parents, Daniel and Mary Roger Russ and his adopted parents, Billy Jack and Betty Sue Mauppins.

Visitation will be held from noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Keiser. Funeral will follow at 2 p.m. with Bro. Todd Vinson officiating. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola.
