Ms. Delores Sanders Williams, 65, of Blytheville passed on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born September 20, 1951 in Turrell, Arkansas, Delores was the daughter of Henry and Ceola Shackleford Sanders. She was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and was the choir director. Delores was a graduate of Richard B. Harrison and worked at Universal Manufacturing.

She leaves to forever cherish her memories, two sons, Kevin Sanders of Blytheville and Tecoy (Shauntrae) Taylor of Jacksonville; two brothers, Allen (Ruby) Sanders of Blytheville and Robert Stanley (Rosiland) Sanders of Arlington, Texas; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services for Delores will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1630 West Street in Blytheville. Reverend Bennie Washington will officiate and the burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the church.
