The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department.

Monday, May 15

— Police arrested Jess Pritchard, 41, on charges of possession of an instrument of a crime and obstructing governmental operations in the 1000 block of South Division.

— Officers took a harassment report.

— Officers took a fraudulent use of a debit card report ($249).

— Officers arrested a juvenile for possession of a stun gun at Blytheville Middle School.

— Police took a theft report at Lowe’s on East Main.

— Police took a theft report (computer tablet and phone) in the 700 block of Clearlake.

— Officers investigated a breaking and entering report in the 1100 block of Holly. The offender broke into the garage, broke the back glass of a truck and side glass of a car, and stole the battery out of one of the vehicles.

— Police arrested Matthew Patrick, 34, on shoplifting charges at Walmart.

— Officers took a theft report (stove) in the 2300 block of Peabody.

— Police arrested Charles Stallworth, 24, and Steven Hill, 53, on battery charges on battery charges in the 100 block of West Pecan.

— Police investigated a burglary in the 900 block of North Franklin. Missing was a television, gaming console and tool set.
