Leaders plan new justice center

Tuesday, Blytheville voters approved a new 10-year, 0.5 percent Public Safety Tax to be used to fund public safety purposes (police, firefighting, code enforcement and animal control) and to pay and secure the repayment of bonds approved by the voters and issued by the city to finance capital improvements.
