Paula Bentancourt Alvarado

Mrs. Paula Bentancourt Alvarado, 88 of Blytheville, passed away March 19, 2017 at her home. Born April 2, 1928 to Simon Bentancourt and Guadalupe Rangel in Edinburg, Texas. Mrs. Alvarado was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith.

She was preceded in death by both parents; her husband, Bacilo Alvarado Sr., one son, David Alvardo; one daughter, Guadalupe Serna and five sisters.

She is survived by three sons, Bacilio Alvarado, Jr. of Blytheville, Isaia Alvarado, Sr. (Maria) of Driver, Santos Alvarado (Josephine) of Blytheville; three daughters, Rosa Garcia of Lake City, Isabella Mireles of Marmaduke, Ufelia Alvarado of Blytheville; one brother, Manuel Bentancourt of Santa Rosa Texas; two sisters, Martha Paiz of Austin Texas and Maria Ovalle of Mississippi and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at from noon until 8 p.m. on March 23, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. The funeral will be held at noon on March 24, 2017 at Armorel Baptist Church in Armorel.
