Ellington: No charges in OPD officer involved shooting of Feb. 24

Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington's office released a letter Wednesday from Ellington to Lieutenant Brant Tosh of the Arkansas State Police dated March 7 announcing that no charges would be filed against Osceola Police Department (OPD) Officer Jennifer Ephlin in the officer involved shooting that occurred on February 24. The incident occurred when Ephlin responded to a call was made to OPD regarding an alleged armed robbery at the Shell Station located at 4710 West Keiser.
