Ralph McMorris, Jr.

Mr. Ralph McMorris Jr., 67, of Blytheville, died November 11, 2016 at Great River Medical Center, Blytheville. He was born here, the son of Robbie Byrd and Ralph McMorris Sr. He was a graduate of Harrison High School and attended Lane College, Jackson, TN. He was an Army veteran. Ralph drove a taxi cap for many years, worked at Randall Manufacturing and Columbia Carbon and Ribbon.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and his sisters, Darnell McMorris and Nadine Wilson. Survivors are 2 sons, Reginald McMorris, Blytheville, AR and Dr. Nilijah Cater, Woodridge, VA; a sister, Valarie (Billy) Coleman, Blytheville, AR; a brother, Nolen (Pauline) McMorris of Marietta, GA; nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Visitation and funeral services are Saturday, November 19, 2016 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 600 E. McHaney Dr., Reverend Odale Jones, Pastor. The Eulogist is Reverend Cleo Sanders. The visitation begins at 10:00 AM and the funeral services begin at 11:00 AM. Burial at Gethsemane Gardens with Military rites.
