Agnes Walker Cavanaugh

Mrs. Agnes Walker Cavanaugh, 76, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, November 7, 2016 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.

Agnes was born in Sardis, Mississippi to I.T. and Edna (Aycock) Walker. She was a retired advisor at State Technical College Institute and was a member of the Gosnell Baptist Church. Agnes loved to spend time with her family as well as travel, bake, and shop.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Charlene Hoskins Harris.

Agnes leaves her husband, Audie Cavanaugh, of the home; brother, I.T. "Sonny" Walker, Jr. and his wife Reva of Gosnell; sisters, Brenda Jollif and Mary Ray, both of Gosnell; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are Friday, November 11th at 10:30 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Eddie Clemons officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until service time at Cobb Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude.
