Charlene Glisson

Mrs. Charlene Glisson, 68, of Blytheville passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at her home. She was born on August 4, 1948 in Hayti, Mo. to the late Cecil and Lola Glidewell Willingham. She loved to do search puzzles, cook and was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, J.P. Willingham and Cecil Willingham, Jr..

Mrs. Glisson leaves her husband of 54 years, Tommy Glisson of the home;

One son, John Glisson of Blytheville;

Two daughters, Donna (Gary) Lonon and Lori (Jamie) Johnson both of Blytheville;

Five grandchildren;

Three great-grandchildren; and

A host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the First Assembly of God in Steele, Mo. with Pastor Mark White officiating. Burial services will follow at Number Eight Cemetery in Cooter, Mo.. Visitation will be held at the Church, Wednesday from noon until service time.
