Devoe Elliott

Devoe Elliott, 77, of Blytheville, died August 11, 2016 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born August 5, 1939 in Chicago, he was a painter and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents Doc and Nellie Elliott.

Mr. Elliott leaves one daughter, Anita Hawkins of Pell City, Ala.;

One son, Devoe Elliott, Jr. of Rome, Ga.;

One sister, Bonnie Elliott of Alabama;

Two brothers, Buck Elliott of Chicago and Lee Elliott of Blytheville; and

Eight grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 13 at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge Cemetery.
