Frances Parish, 80, of Blytheville, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Frances was born to Homer and Dilly Hodge in Dell. She was a homemaker and was a member of Beacon Baptist Church. Frances was a faithful Christian and read her Bible daily. She prayed for her family every day and was such a great encouragement to them. Frances lived her life by faith and was able to get through the toughest times with the help of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three children, Randall, Gregory, and Angela; four brothers, Louie Edward Hodge, William "Bill" Hodge, Homer Franklin Hodge, Jr., and James Franklin Hodge; and two sisters, Betty Sue Anderson and Dorothy Varner.

Frances leaves her son, Wayne Parish and wife Sherry of Gosnell; sister, Laverne Hodge Owens; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 2nd at 9:00 a.m. in the Dogwood Chapel at Dogwood Cemetery with Rev. Richard Lourcey officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
