James Wicker

James P. Wicker, age 56 of Dyersburg, Tennessee, was called home on June 30, 2016 at Dyersburg Regional Hospital. Born November 5, 1959 in Ripley, Tennessee, he was the son of the late James Edward and Ruby Mooney Wicker and was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Wicker was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing and loved animals.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Justin Lee Wicker.

He is survived by three sons: James Wicker, Jr. of Kennett, MO, Billy Wicker and wife Kristy of Blytheville, AR, and Zachary Wicker and wife Joy of Manila, Arkansas;

Two brothers: David Wicker of Dyersburg, TN, Michael Wicker of Dyersburg, TN;

One sister: Patsy Goodman of Ripley, TN.

Mr. Wicker also leaves five grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

The family has requested a private service and disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila, Arkansas.
