To the Editor:

My name is Cathy Anderson. I visited my aunt which is in her 80's. The first visit, I came in and she wasn't feeling well, she was in bed so I pulled the cover back and on the two legs that has poor circulation, bedbugs has ate her so much that her legs is all blisters they everywhere. I talked to many residents and they also have them, they want the residents to pay for getting them out, they are not going to handle this all they are saying is that if you signed the agreement when you move in the apartment was clean, but how can you tell until you move in those things hide to they have life to live on. I also found out my aunt went by ambulance to the hospital because one was in her ear and the hospital removed it. She's old and she cannot handle (it). She needs help, they have a infestation in there and this need to come out in the open, making these people pay for a problem they have.
