Alice Mae Hodges

Ms. Alice Mae Hodges, 55, of Stuttgart, Ark. and formerly of Blytheville, died Friday, February 12, 2016 in Stuttgart. Born July 3, 1960 in Itta, Miss. to Leroy Hodges of Chicago, Ill. and Mildred Weatherspoon of Stuttgart, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Hodges leaves three daughters, Mary Weatherspoon of Little Rock, Breeanna McDougal of Blytheville and Diamond Hodges of Blytheville;

Three sons, Larry Hodges of Blytheville, Edward Weatherspoon of Memphis, Tenn. and Jerry Lester, Jr. of Stuttgart;

One sister, Mary Bradley of Little Rock;

One brother, Roy Weatherspoon of Blytheville;

Fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville with Bishop James Sims officiating. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette. The family will receive visitors from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.
