Marveleine Woodard

Marveleine Woodard, 81, of Blytheville, died Jan. 30, 2016 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born Jan. 21, 1935 in Dell, she was retired from the Sarah Lee factory, and a member of both Lively Stone Missionary Baptist Church and West End Missionary Baptist Church, serving on the Usherboard for both.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Everette Woodard, Sr. and Mary McFarland Island, husband Hicks White, daughters Mary Lynn White and Belinda White, and sons Michael White, Jessie White and Darryl White.

Ms. Woodard leaves one daughter, Michelle White of Blytheville;

Two sons, Nathaniel (Debra) White of Blytheville and Charles White of Chicago; and

One brother, Everette Woodard, Jr. of Blytheville.

The family will receive visitors from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4 at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church in Blytheville. A second visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 12 at Lively Stone Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, with funeral services directly following. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in Hillside, Ill.
