Osceola representation submits FOI request to county

Monday, attorneys for the City of Osceola submitted extensive requests for documents to Mississippi County Judge Randy Carney. According to a release from the Little Rock law firm of McDaniel, Richardson and Calhoun, "the County Judge and a faction of the Mississippi County Quorum Court have spent at least $176,000 to purchase land and hire an architect as part of a plan to close the current courthouses in Blytheville and Osceola and build a multimillion dollar facility on that land."
