Mrs. Irene Hurt, 64, of Blytheville, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born December 9, 1950, in Dyess to the late James M. Floyd and the late Alice Elizabeth Floyd, she was a homemaker of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to her parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Sassy Floyd.

Mrs Hurt leaves her husband, Donald Hurt of Blytheville;

One daughter, Donna Hurt of Lead Hill, Ark.;

Two sons, Danny (Charlotte McFarland) Hurt of Blytheville and Donnie (Lisa Vandyke-Blagg) Hurt of Trumann;

Three sisters, Patty Gillmore of Dyess, Betty Foster of Dyess and Goldie Bartlett of Ravenden;

Three brothers, Thomas Floyd of Lamville, Ill., James E. "Buddy" Floyd of Trumann and Scott Floyd of Trumann;

Thirteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 28th at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Pastor Al Spencer officiating. Burial will follow at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto. The family will receive visitors from noon until 2 p.m. Sunday, June 28th at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
