Peggy Walls

Mrs. Peggy Walls, 68, of Blytheville, passed from this life on Friday, March 13, 2015, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.

Born to Tommy and Leona Wilson Warren in Luxora, she was a lifelong area resident and member of the Ruddle Road Church of God. Peggy worked several positions at American Greeting card factory in Osceola and holding the position of MRP specialist before her retirement.

She loved to go shopping, decorating her home and cooking. She was very accomplished at each of these and also loved to go fishing for catfish with her family. Her greatest happiness in life was being around her family whenever possible. Peggy was a unique individual who loved God, family and friends with every ounce of her being. Her faith in God was strong and she loved to be involved in all the church activities that were taking place. From painting, decorating, cooking for times of fellowship or serving as Sunday school secretary, she loved and supported her church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will truly be missed.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; two grandsons, Daniel Aaron Walls and Bryce Walls; and three siblings, Virginia Roark, Billy Wilson and Novella Roark.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Billy R. Walls of the home;

Her children, Billy Joe Walls and his wife Renee of Osceola, Paul Ray Walls and his wife Gina of Blytheville and Mark Wayne Walls and his wife Laurie of Alma;

Her grandchildren, Zach Walls, Seth Walls, Brandon Anderson, Connor Walls, Wesley Walls, Alyssa Walls;

Her brothers, Bobby Wilson and his wife Patsy of Osceola, Tommy "T.J." Warren of Beebe and Bruce Bledsoe and his wife Janet of Conway; and

A host of family and friends.

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Cobb Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Danny Pankey offfiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, also at Cobb Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
