Winnie L. Northcutt

Winnie L. Northcutt, 99, of Memphis, formerly of Blytheville, passed from this life Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, at Quince Nursing and Rehab in Memphis.

Born in Corning, Arkansas, to Jordan and Elizabeth (Boyer) Sammons, she was a member of the Nazarene Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward Northcutt; a son, Billy White; a brother, Carrie Sammons; and two sisters, Eunice Rimer and Beulah Abbott.

Winnie is survived by her daughter-in-law, Shirley White of Byhalia;

A sister, Erma Pearson of West Memphis; and

Two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cobb Funeral Home. Burial will be private and there will be no visitation.
