Mrs. Jessie Mae Williams, 67, of Bassett, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, at Three Rivers Nursing Center in Marked Tree.

Born June 12, 1947, to the late Richard and Jessie Mae Russell, she was a retired factory worker and a member of Mount Olive MB Church in Evendale.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Jessie James Williams; one sister, Geneva Cole; and three brothers, Jimmy Russell, Clarence Russell and Henry T. Russell.

Mrs. Williams leaves five sisters, Betty Johnson of Los Angeles, Juanita Russell, Ruth Russell and Angela Russell, all of Bassett, and Edna Mae Cooper of Turrell; and

Five brothers, Richard L. Russell of Saginaw, Michigan, Jerry Russell and Alvin Russell of Bassett, Eddie Russell of Blytheville and Bruce Russell of Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mount Olive MB Church in Evadale with Joe Brooks Jr., officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery in Evadale. The family will receive visitors from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the church.
