Freida L. Bright

Freida L. Bright, 87, of Manila passed from this life Wednesday, Jan.14, 2015 at her residence.

Born in Parma, Missouri to Hyson and Bertha Hodge O'Neal, she was homemaker and a member of the Manila United Methodist Church.

Freida enjoyed playing cards, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Bright; son, David Bright; one brother, Leon O'Neal and two sisters, Ernestine and Ethelene Buck and sister-in-law Paula O'Neal.

Mrs. Bright is survived by her children, Steve Bright and wife, Karla of Blytheville and Dixie Peeler and husband, Scott of Salt Lake City, Utah;

Sister, Vernell Green of Blytheville;

Brothers, Bonard O'Neal of Conroe, Texas and Bob O'Neal and wife, Katherine of Blytheville;

And grandchildren, Zachary Peeler, Jordan Peeler, Charlie Bright and Josh Morris.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 16, 2015 at 2 p.m. in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 till service time at Cobb Funeral Home. Online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com.
