Rose Crowe, 82, of Blytheville, passed from this life on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, in Memphis.

She was born in Blytheville to James and Alma (Stevenson) Parrish, and was a lifelong Blytheville resident.

Mrs. Crowe loved children and was the former director of the First Baptist Church Pre-School for many years, where she touched the lives of many children and their parents. She was also a volunteer at the Great River Medical Center gift shop and a faithful member of First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Crowe was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Crowe Jr.; a daughter, Dr. Rebecca Crowe Simmons; her parents; and nine siblings.

Survivors include her daughters, Teri Lawson and husband Mike of Memphis, and Dr. Leigh Ann Frattarelli and husband John of Kailua, Hawaii;

A brother, Charles Parrish of Santa Barbara, California;

Six grandchildren, Kevin Robinson, Chris Robinson, Dr. Jennifer Simmons, Brandon Frattarelli, Justin Frattarelli and Haley Frattarelli; and

Four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at noon Friday at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kevin Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
