Edith Pamela Stevens, 58, of Brownfield, Texas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at her home in Brownfield.

She was born on Feb. 1, 1956, to Arthur Francis and Grace Lee Henson in Blytheville. Pam graduated from Dell High School in Dell. She moved to Brownfield in January of 1977. She married Robert Earl Stevens on March 3, 1979, in Brownfield.

Pam was a strong woman and loved her family dearly. She was a great homemaker, wonderful mom and loving grandmother. She loved spending time talking and playing games with her family. Pam loved helping out at the Brownfield Karate and Fitness Center, a family-owned business.

Pam is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, J.T., Bruce, Tommy, Kenneth and Gary Henson; and two sisters, Bertie Sue Henson and Shirley Galassini.

Pam is survived by her husband, Robert Stevens of Brownfield;

Two sons, Adam Stevens and wife, Rizza, of Brownfield, and Shawn Coleman of Florida;

Three grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Stevens of Brownfield, and Bryce and Trent Coleman of Florida;

One brother, Don Henson of Wilson; and

Four sisters, Betty Wynn of Midland, Janice Nichols of Memphis, Patty Whittenberg of Bangs, Texas, and Debra Dyer of Brownwood.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Brownfield Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jon Patrick officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Hospice of Lubbock or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
