Gwen Nance Harrison

Gwen Nance Harrison, 89, of Manila, widow of Bill Harrison, passed away Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.

Born in Manila, she was the daughter of the late William and Sarah Beasley Nance and was a lifelong area resident. Mrs. Nance was a retired nurses aide and a longtime member of Soul's Harbor Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews; and her sister-in-law, Mary Lee Nance.

A funeral service will be 2pm Friday at Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with the Rev. David Fair officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Friday from noon until service time at the funeral home.
