LaFalene Stewart
Mrs. LaFalene Stewart, 85, of Blytheville, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2014.
Born Nov. 3, 1928, to the late Booker T. Perloat and Corine Wilson, she was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mrs. Stewart leaves her husband, Samuel Stewart of Blytheville;
Five daughters, Dorris Pitts of Allentown, Pennsylvania, Gwendolyn Woodson of Blytheville, Linda Haynes of Cordova, Tennessee, Virginia Annette VanWinkle of Dallas, Texas, and Barbara Redmond of Morrilton;
Four sons, Samuel Stewart Jr., of Memphis, Danny Stewart of Benton, Frederick Stewart of Blytheville and Trent Stewart of Cuero, Texas;
One brother, Patrick Perloat of St. Louis; and
Twenty-three grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27 at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville with Bro. Jeffrey Zack officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.
