Customer irked by immature employees

To the editor:

Repeat customers are necessary for any business to survive in this economy simply because of the money they bring in.

A few days ago, employees at a business showed their immaturity by laughing when a customer fell on the premises. The customer went to a more professional business that respects its customers.
