Kay Nichols, 56, of Caldwell, Missouri, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at Methodist Memorial Hospital in Paragould.

Born Feb. 8, 1958 in Osceola, she was a housekeeper and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Robertson and Maurine Robertson; her husband, Kenneth Nichols; sisters, Joyce Robertson, Norma Jean Phillips and Glenda Walley; and brother, Billy Robertson.

Mrs. Nichols leaves her daughter, Teresa Smith and boyfriend Buford Hufford of Caldwell;

Her son, Billy Smith and girlfriend Gloria Hall of Caldwell;

Three sisters, Darlene Carr of Van Buren, Arkansas, Judy Wells of West Memphis and Vickie Turner of Tuscaloosa, Alabama;

Seven brothers, Ronnie Ruthesell of Alvord, Texas, David Ruthesell of Benbrook, Texas, Gary Robertson of Texas, Larry Young of Fulton, Mississippi, Ricky Robertson of Holly Springs, Mississippi, Leon Robertson of New Orleans, and Stanley Robertson of Lepanto;

Five grandchildren, Breanna Griffin, Kayla Griffin, Kaitlyn Hufford, Ethan Griffin, and Landon Jufford; and

One great-grandchild, Sophie Vasquez.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Michelle Morris, was held Monday, Sept. 29, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Osceola.
