Mrs. Ora Elizabeth Johnson, 93, of Jonesboro, died Monday, June 2, 2014, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Ora was born Feb. 25, 1921, in Leachville to the late James and Susan Jones. Ora lived in Blytheville for almost 60 years before moving to Jonesboro nearly three years ago. She was of the Baptist belief.

In addition to her parents, Ora was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Paul Johnson;

A son, Randy (and Rita) Johnson of Jonesboro;

A daughter, Cora Sue (and Tony) Hardin of Mt. Home;

Her grandchildren, Chuck (and Amanda) Hardin of Jonesboro, Amanda (and Shad) Allison of Walnut Ridge, Anna Johnson of Jonesboro, Derek (and Peggy) Kelley of New York, Matt (and Cynthia) Kelley of Branson, Mo., and Tanner (and Stacey) Kelley of Jonesboro; and

Sixteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Walnut Street Baptist Church. Bro. Randy Johnson and Jerry Parker will be officiating with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
