Mrs. Zerita K. Williams Morgan, 54, of Blytheville, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at her home. Her valiant fight with cancer began nearly 14 years ago. Her faith kept her strong during the struggle.

She was born in Blytheville and was a 1978 graduate of Blytheville High School. She was a cosmetologist, worked for American Airlines, modeled and a was a member of New. St. Paul Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carter R. Williams; grandparents Mrs. Frances Cunningham and Dewitt Johnson and Mrs. Corine Jackson.

Survivors include her mother, Ms. Mary Frances Johnson of Blytheville;

Two sons, Brandon Sanders of Archdale, N.C., and Kyle Parker of Centralia, Wash.;

One sister, Mrs. Vikki Bonds; and

Other siblings, five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, at New St. Paul Baptist Church, 515 E. Sawyer St. where the Rev. Clark Phillips will deliver eulogy with Minister Larry McClellan acting as master of ceremonies. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at the church. Arrangements are by McDonald-Horne Funeral Home of Blytheville.
