Barbara Faye Jackson

Ms. Barbara Faye Jackson, 55, of Blytheville, died Monday, March 17, 2014, at her home in Blytheville.

She was born and lived in Blytheville and Florida during her lifetime. She attended school in both places.

She accepted Christ as as child at Prince of Peace Church when it was located in Armorel.

She was a very outgoing person and no one was a stranger to her.

Survivors are her parents, Mrs. Linda L. Jackson of Homestead, Fla., and Harvey (and Mollie Rochelle) Jackson of Blytheville;

One daughter, Ms. Keisha Smith of Homestead, Fla.;

One son, Frank (and Misty) Smith of Blytheville;

Four sisters, Ms. Darlene Jackson, Ms. Linda Jackson, Ms. Stella Jackson and Ms. Juanita Jackson, all of Homestead, Fla.;

Four brothers, Harvey D. Jackson Jr. of Homestead, Fla., Frederick "Cat Daddy" Jackson, Charles (and Brenda) Jackson and Michael Jackson, all of Blytheville; and

Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Prince of Peace Church 501 E. McHaney with the Rev. Patrick Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2014, at the church. Arrangements are by McDonald-Horne Funeral Home of Blytheville.
