MLK Blvd proposal hits roadblock

Following a 50-minute public hearing in a packed Municipal Courtroom, the Blytheville Planning Commission voted 4-1 in favor of a modified version of proposed rules for renaming city streets, Thursday night, though opted against grandfathering in a potential request to change Ash Street to "Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard."
