Estelle Jackson

Mrs. Estelle Jackson, 96, of Roscoe, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at her residence. Born Jan. 20, 1917, in Mississippi, she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Jackson; a daughter Nettie Mae; her sisters Odell, Ruth, Lillian, Maudine, Eunice and Jean; and brothers Arvil Davis, Jimmy Davis, Charles Davis and Emmitte Davis.

Mrs. Jackson leaves one daughter, Virginia Jackson of California;

Two sons, Aubrey Jackson and Charles Jackson of California;

One sister, Charlotte Marie House of Roscoe; and

One brother, Ellis Davis of Vallejo.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with burial at Bassett Cemetery.
