Cor'Daysia Renae Ephraim

Mrs. Cor'Dayshia Renae Ephraim died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at Regional Medical Center in Memphis. She was born Nov. 8, 2013, to Shania Adams of Blytheville and Cortedz Ephraim Sr.

Cor'Dayshia also leaves one brother, Cortedz Ephraim Jr.;

Her grandmothers, Shirlene Branch of Blytheville and Sandra Hopkins of Little Rock;

Her grandfathers, Freddrick Johnson of Luxora, Jeffery Ephraim of Houston, Texas, and Rodney Weaver Sr., of Blytheville; and

A great-grandmother, Mary Smith of Blytheville.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home.
