Aubrey "Tommy" Stanley

Mr. Aubrey "Tommy" Stanley, 82, of Luxora died on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013 at Baptist East in Memphis.

Mr. Stanley was born on Aug. 9, 1931 in Hayward County, Tenn. to the late David and Mattie Stanley. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Millington, Tenn., loved reading the Bible and spreading the Word of God. He enjoyed working on cars, yard work, and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents; one step-son: Gregory Webb; two sisters: Ruby Warf and Evelyn Butler; three brothers: Woodrow Stanley, Preston Stanley, and George Stanley.

Survivors include: his wife: Wanda Stanley of the home;

One son: Danny Stanley of Memphis; t

Two daughters: Shelia Crenshaw of Little Rock and Linda Pelenio and husband Robert of Drummonds, Tennessee;

Three step-sons: Gordon Webb of Luxora, Jimmy Webb and Paula of Luxora, Jeffrey Webb and wife Darlene of Blytheville; d

Daughter-in-law: Darlene Webb of Marion; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Ruddle Road Church of God in Blytheville with Bro. Danny Pankey, Bro. Jackie Woods, and Rev. Jimmy Davis officiating. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Woodhaven Cemetery, Millington, Tenn. under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday at the church from 2 p.m. until service time. Pallbearers include: Bryson Crenshaw, David Butler, Gordon Webb, Jeff Webb, Jonathan Gipson, and Jonathan Parker.
