Leamon Thurman Gould Sr.

Mr. Leamon Thurmon Gould Sr., 79, of Lepanto, died Sunday, May 26, 2013, in Osceola. Born Oct. 27, 1933, to the late Joe Gould and Louise Gould, he was a retired factory worker and a member of Red Oak Baptist Church in Marked Tree.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Carol Gould Hatch; one step-daughter, Jennie Gould; three sisters; three brothers;, one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Gould leaves his wife, Doddie Gould of Lepanto;

Two daughters, Pam Oxner and Rhonda Gould of West Helena;

Three sons, Leamon "Punky" Thurman Gould Jr., of Lexa, and Allen Gould and Tommy Gould, both of Jonesboro;

One sister, Betty Dixon of Lepanto; and

A host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Red Oak Baptist in Marked Tree with Bro. Mark Constant officiating. Burial will follow at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto. The family will receive visitors from noon-2 p.m. Friday at Red Oak Baptist Church in Marked Tree.
