Franklin Callicott

Mr. Franklin Callicott, 73, of Osceola, died Friday, May 17, 2013, in Osceola. Born April 4, 1940, in Byhalia, Miss., he was an employee of the City of Osceola's Water Department and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Malici Callicott and Pearl Jones; his son, Kenneth Callicott; his sister, Mattie Callicott; and his brother, Charlie Callicott.

Mr. Callicott leaves his wife, Evon Callicott of Osceola;

One son, Lawrence Callicott of Osceola; and

One brother, Clifford Callicott of Blytheville.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Johnnie Moore, will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Whiteside Cemetery.
