Lena Hattie Allred, 93, of Lepanto, died April 10, 2013, at the Manila Nursing Home. Born June 1, 1919 in Guntown, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her father, Booker T. Kilgo; her husband, Henry K. Allred; her daughter, Nell Smith; her sisters, Grace Garrison, Mary Persuer, Nana Ruth Presley, Louise Smith and Savannah Hamm; and her brothers, Jack Kilgo, Willie Kilgo and Palmer Kilgo.

Mrs. Allred leaves her daughter, Charlotte (Jack) Boyd of Lepanto;

Four grandchildren, Charlotte Palmer of Milligan Ridge, Jackie Boyd of Okeema, Janie Lee Blanton of Manila and Herbert Boyd of Lepanto;

Twenty great-grandchildren; a host of great-great-grandchildren, and three great-great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, April 13 at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by Bro. Jeff Miles, will begin following visitation, at 10 a.m. B
