Main Street Blytheville has once again organized its Trick or Treating on Main Street for Halloween, which will provide a safe and worry-free area for members of the community to get together and enjoy the holiday, according to executive director Megan Atzert.
Atzert said MSB wanted to provide the community with a safe, relaxed environment for kids to get out and enjoy the evening with their parents.
Participating businesses will have someone just inside the door waiting to pass out candy to all of the trick or treaters that stop by.
"We really hope to give people a fun, safe environment to enjoy be out with their kids," Atzert said, "It's also a good way for them to come out and spend some time on Main Street without feeling like people are asking them to spend any money. It's a great place to just come and enjoy with the family."
The trick or treating goes from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at participating locations on Main Street.
