Willie Lewis 'Sonny' Clark

Mr. Willie Lewis "Sonny" Clark, 64, of South Bend, Ind., formerly of Blytheville, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, in Indianapolis.

Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Frances Clark; his sisters Doris Andrews and Debra Taylor; his brother Melvin Clark; and his nephews Andre Blair and Derrick Taylor.

He leaves his wife, Birstyne Clark of South Bend;

One son, Cedrick Davis of South Bend;

Two daughters, Tonya Clark and Donna Griffin of South Bend;

Three brothers, Robert Clark Jr. of Indianapolis, Tony Clark of Memphis, and Calvin Clark of Blytheville;

Four sisters, Janice McCray of South Bend, Linda Gooch of Indianapolis, and Linnie Heard and Wanda Jackson of Blytheville; and

Seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive visitors from noon-1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1 at New Mt. Olive Church. Funeral services will begin at the church at 1 p.m. following visitation. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery in Blytheville.

Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of services.
